SPRINT training  covers Functional, Team & Business Skills  with 3 Key Learning Modules based on the Traning Needs Assessment (TNA) conducted as pert of the SPARK initiative .
Pedagogy & Delivery

A Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is conducted to determine the scope of the Training intervention for our Clients.

Training is provided by our Training Partners who are certified trainers with many years’ of experience in enabling sales teams to build their sales productivity and output on a sustainable basis.

The Pedagogy followed is usually a mix of Presentations, Case Studies, Role Plays and Discussions, and are decided in discussion with our Clients based on the TNA identified and the previous history of Sales Enablement Training and its results.   

The Process of designing the SPRINT Workshop ensures 100% compliance to ensure Training sustainability even after the Workshop has been completed.

 

Sales Academy Approach

When the TNA establishes that several deep interventions are required with the medium to large sized Sales Teams ( >25 Nos), our recommendation is usually to curate a Sales Academy  WITHIN the Client’s sales organisation for cost effective and sustainable Results.

A Sales Academy is a place of higher learning and approaches the challenge of building Sales Capabilities in a holistic manner. The Academy is a mix of Physical + Virtual interventions and follows the process of continuously upgrading the skills through a measured system of feedback to the Trainees.

The Sales Academy can also certify and make new joinees into the sales organisation job-ready and role-ready in an efficient manner.

Overall, the Sales Academy approach is known to have delivered higher content and capability retention compared with one-off sales training workshops and has also proved to be at least 20%-30% cheaper over the long run.
